Card payment - Pay with VISA or MasterCard. No fees.
Prices
All prices in the shop are including VAT. UK customers pay any custom duties that may arise to the shipping company when the goods arrive in the UK.
Right of withdrawal
You as a customer have 14 days after receiving the goods to change your mind. The merchandise must be sent within that time for it to be valid. To return the product contact Nordicpokershop.com via e-mail directly and we will help you with how you proceed. The merchandise must be returned in the original packing and with the same transport company as it was sent with. As a customer you pay for the original shipping and the return shipping cost.
Complaints
If you want to complain about a product for manufacturing defects contact Nordicpokershop.com via email and we'll help you.
If the package looks damaged when delivered open it and make sure everything is intact. If not intact make a complaint to the driver.
